Delete your Avixo account

Avixo is developed by Cyberpeak Apps, published under Nebulixlabz, package com.cyberpeak.avixo.

How to request deletion

1In the app — Open Avixo → Profile → Settings → Delete Account. Your account, expense records, repayment logs, and profile data are permanently deleted within 7 days.
2By email — If you've uninstalled the app, email nebulix.labz@gmail.com from the phone number registered with Avixo, with the subject line "Delete my Avixo account." We'll verify the request and delete your data within 7 days.

What gets deleted

Within 7 days of your request, we permanently delete:

Profile information (name, phone number, UPI ID)
Expense records and group memberships
Repayment record log
Any uploaded receipt photos or notes

What's retained, and why

Some records can't be deleted without breaking the ledger for other group members. Here's exactly what stays and why:

Anonymised entries on shared expense records

Because shared expenses involve multiple people, expense entries you logged in a group remain in that group's ledger — with your name anonymised — so the remaining members' balances stay consistent. Your phone number, UPI ID, profile photo, and personal expenses are deleted entirely. We do not retain anything for tax, audit, or financial-recordkeeping purposes; Avixo is not a financial service.

Timeline

Deletion completes within 7 days of receiving your request. Firebase and Google Cloud backup snapshots may take up to 90 additional days to fully expire after that.
